i recommend going over the past threads about these shoes. there are lots in the EQUIPMENT folder. i personally recommend the Air Zoom II Total 80 K version (Kangaroo leather version) if you like FEEL.

i recommed getting the air zoom total 90 II's over the three's. They are more comfortable and also look better.
