maaan yall are gettin too angry before your games. rock and rap music is good stuff, but before a football match, you gotta get relaxed and get in the football mood.

before i play, all i need to hear is the Brazilian sala theme song. it brings out the futbol spirit in me. all of you should try it. it gives magic to your feet. ;)

I dont have a CD/MP3 player, even if I did I wouldn't bring it to the field (recreational), probably get stolen. I listen to the UEFA Champion's League theme on full blast just before I head out the door.

every game my hs team would bring a large boom box (either onto the field or the bus) and blast some rap music. apparently it did the trick because we went 17-2!

If I'm driving to an indoor game (as opposed to taking my motorscooter to an outdoor one) I will put some sort of powerful music in there, often it's Shai Hulud, Bane, Hatebreed, etc. But since my games are pretty regularly on Sunday mornings, I sometimes end up listening to Prairie Home Companion on NPR. Low key, but for some reason, it works!

Before a game I always listen to Metallica, AC/DC, Van Halen and Guns'N Roses. It really gets me into the game and "Welcome to the Jungle" always pumps me up.
