Need Some Tips

I am going to buy a pair of Nike Mercurial Vapors FG White for £80.. a bargin :D . I had a pair of the same boots only the chrome colour. The ended up wrecked. The toes were comming away and they were scraped. There was blue scratches all over them. My question that I need alot of help on is.
"What can I do to keep these boots nice and clean and dont get scratched?"

Not really much you can do! If your style of play involves a lot of hard tackles and clashes with other players or you play on a poor surface there is no way the boots will take it, sorry! Better off going for Pred's in my opinion, sturdier, better boots! But vapors are good, just too weak for the way I play my game!
