PLAYERS TO WATCH

Kim Young Kwang (GK/Chunnam Dragons) - clean sheet for all 6 games in the olympic qualifiers, and currently continuing that record with friendlies. 9 consecutive clean sheets. In my opinion, he's one of the best goalies that Korea ever produced in history of Korean football.

Cho Byung Guk (DF/Suwon Bluewings) - decent young defender who also starts for Korean A team.

Song Chong Guk (DF/Feyenoord) - this dude is the best right wingback in Korea who also started for Korea in 2002 world cup. He did a great job defending Louis Figo in the world cup. By the way, he also played in 2000 Sydney Olympics.

Yoo Sang Chul (DF/Yokohama) - Captain of the Korean A team. Played for Korean NT for like the last 10 years. very versatile. He can play any position besides GK. Great outside shooter who can defend very well.

Choi Tae Uk (MF/Incheon United) - bench member of Korea during the 2002 world cup. agile winger.

Kim Nam Il (MF/Chunnam Dragons) - tough defensive midfeilder who started for Korea in the 2002 world cup. He's a type of player that does all the dirty work as a d-mid. Great tackler, and is very agressive.

Lee Chun Soo (FW/Real Sociedad) - One of the fastest players in the world who did a great job as a super sub during the 2002 World Cup. He's a confident player with a great shooting ability who always gives his 100% on the pitch.

Choi Sung Guk (FW/Ulsan) - has the best dribbling and techniques in Korea. Played a single game in World U-19 tournament and that was enough to put him as one of the best players of the tournament. also plays for Korean A team.

that's why Choi Sung Guk is still with Ulsan right, because he's "Ronaldo" type..j/k yeah Choi's good, but Lee Chun Soo is still the guy to be depended on and i like Choi Tae Uk a lot too...

Korea down to 10 men vs Greece.
Korea go a goal up while down to 10 men :D

2-2 FT

Greek player got the equaliser through PK. Replays showed him blatantly diving.

Nonetheless, I guess this is a satisfactory result seeing as Korea played with 10 men and were playing the host nation.

But goddammit, we were up 2-0.

That result might bite us in the ass later on.
But at least our team is scoring goals.

I hope our team NEVER try to pull off the, "let's score a goal and try to defend that lead" arrogance again. That ultimately became the catalyst for this tie.

Much blame goes out to the coach. I hope today's match humbled his arrogance with his tactics.

We only had 10 men playing.. I don't think the coach had any choice.
