Okay, I was a decent HS keeper and had some good ups in college also.
Now I havent really played in a few years, and have recently started in an outdoor league. I am 15 pounds heavier than I was back in the day, (mainly muscle) , but my vertical leap has suffered tremendously.. The obvious solution is to lose ther weight, which I am doing, gradually...
The rest of my game is returning quite well (reflexes, positioning, etc), but what drills are there to get my leaps back. this was most noticeable on crosses and corner kicks.
any ideas?
