LOL I'm not sure who you're talking about, but I assume you mean spandex tights under shorts? Didn't Ronaldinho do this too?

Just normal nike gloves...
If you want some for football get the Nike Players Glove, that's what I wear!

u can get the gloves from footlocker jd sports and allsports and most probly jjb u can get them almost everywhere they are just normal winter nike gloves but i wear my nike leather gloves when its winter wiv a wool inside

You can get them from most sports shop in the UK (mainly in the winter) they are pretty expensive considering they are just normal gloves with a nike tick on them. You can also get Adidas ones too.
