In an article (http://podiatry.curtin.edu.au/worldcup/soccer.html#space) i just read, it says that using Dubbin to clean your soccer boots may have a reaction with the glue used and cause the shoe to split.

I have been using Dubbin for years, and i have already taken back 2 pairs of Supernova's this season. Does anyone else know of any products i can use that still do the same job, but don't wreck the glue? I really don't want my Copa's to split, i don't think the shop will take the shoes back for a 3rd time!

I have tried a website that is called Apple RooBrand polishes or something, but i have emailed them twice and it didn't work either times.

Any help would be HUGELY appreciated.

just wipe them with some of those baby wipes.they seem like they work well and they have some strong liquid on them thats good.
