i had surgery on both knees to move the kneecap over on may 27 and now i'm starting to get to where i can do some things like dribble the ball. i'm not able to do anything game speed yet though so i was wondering if any of you know any drills or things i can work on until i'm able to run fully. any help ya'll could give me would be awesome...thanx!
