Wow, I am flattered that you would spend so much time writing that for me. I was just confirming that statement with my post.

I know, I was saying my bad to my exuberant display of idiocy when I failed to recognize the other user's option of using cut and paste as an alternative for typing a phrase over and over again.

Sometimes i have work before i have a game, so i don't wash the gel out of my hair from then, just mess it up so it kinda goes fluffy, but as the gel is still in my hair, it runs.

You mean you don't have a communial shower straight after the game. Damn, thats shattered my illusion of womens football.

Ugh, I thought I was the only one. Now I put a small piece of sweatcloth on my shorts. Also I find my performance is way better if I don't eat for like 3-4 hours before the game. Water is OK but stay the f*** away from sugar, like pop or ice cream...

There is absolutely nothing you can do about how much you sweat. If your body thinks its hot, it will sweat as hard and wet as it wants, and for good reason.
I don't sweat a whole lot. Sometimes I like to say this is because I'm half Asian, but really, that's not true. Some people just have a slightly higher or lower body temperature (even if by just a hundredth of a degree), which can noticeably alter the point at which your body decides when and how much to sweat.
Just because somebody doesn't sweat a whole lot doesn't mean its unhealthy. If they actually had a complication they wouldn't be out playing in a football match to begin with.
If you sweat a lot, deal with it, if you don't, good for you, but however much sweat your body excretes is its own decision, and it would be a good idea to let it do its job and not intefere with this essential bodily process with stupid chemicals and anti-perspirant.

What does being asian have anything to do with sweating? Because I'm Thai.

No idea, but I think that most asians like thais who are born in those tropical areas of extreme hot and humid weather, they just get used to it.
By the way do you do Muay Thai? I do, I love it! I think it even improved my shot power.

I sweat a lot as well, and while it's confined mostly to my body, eventually the sweat starts running down my face and inevitably into my eyes, which is when it DOES affect my game. I figure that I need to just get used to it, since there's not much I could do, maybe wear a headband, but I haven't tried that yet. I'm afraid it will affect my heading game. When I'm done with a half, my jersey is always soaked, at least in the back, and when I'm done with a whole game my shorts or at least my briefs are wet enough to leave my car seat wet for the rest of the day.
It sucks, but what can ya do? Not much that I'm willing to do.. so I sweat, so what!

Salt Tablets.
NO NO NO.
Ask your doctor first and don't do it just b/c your coach says it'll be fine.
