Well, the impromptu site features RED as its main color.
AND, Checketts was wearing a RED tie at the press conference.

No, the guy who was in charge of getting the web site up graduated from the U and the press conference was at the U. For those who may not know, the U (University of Utah) has Red and white as it colors.

hmm... sounds kind of wierd. But, the Checketts group in general are soccer novices. I think that when they get a few soccer people on board, they will get some of these quirks fixed.

Maybe they'll go with a Red, White and Blue like nearly every gas station does. Then they could call themselves the Pumpers or something. ;)

A lesson I learned from my 'No News is Good News?' thread, you just have to learn to be a little patient. Not everyone is as nutty about the whole thing as we are, and it hasn't even been two weeks since the announcement. the team doesn't even have a name yet. I think they have more important things to do than update that site.
