If you're reading this thread, you've probably won the International Cup on WE6. After the final whistle, there's this great video with music, "highlights" (those weren't from the real match), the credits for everyone associated with the game, etc. This video, the music and the cutscenes all are perfect for the greatest achievement in team sport.
Well, I won the International Cup on WE7 a while back, and I was waiting for more of the same, but better. What I got was one crap scene of the players receiving their medals and celebrating with the trophy. Don't get me wrong -I do want to see the trophy celebration- but the highlights, the scenes of winning players congratulating each other on the pitch, losing players consoling their fallen teammates, opponents shaking hands, the whole thing... all that was gone. And the irrererent music that accompanies the WE7 trophy celebration is totally unbefitting the institution of football.
What was Konami thinking?
