I forsee a very tough and possible bad result here. Maybe it's too soon to be worried but I am seriously worried that if we don't win here we're playing euro league for this year.

Yea, that looks bout right "Bayern is God." Really worried about this match. We just need to scrape out a 1-0 win. But i don't have high hopes.

A 1-0 win?!..That will be too Freakin Nervy for my comfort..A 3-0 shoud do just fine..Would have been so much more confident about this match with Van Buyten and Mueller in there:(..Formations aside, which ever way you look at it Mvb,Tymo and Schweini are going to be playing deep leaving only Robben as the sole connect between Midfield and Attack. And when Bordeaux doubles up on Arjen We'll run around like headless chickens not knowing wat to do with the Football!..Just hope Toni doesnt miss any headers(sitters) that come his way. That may be our Best chance.:o

If Robben is on board a victory should be closer. I think this midfield, the team has massive problems, if a stronger opponent wants them to run and if Bordeaux score, they look clueless.

Van Gaal's AZ Alkmaar were known in Europe (UEFA Cup) for getting the results they needed to advance at home. So a 1-0 is actually not far fetched, knowing Van Gaal, it's probably the result he will be aiming for. I can see you getting a 1-1 in Turin also.
Time will tell, best of luck.

Wish we'd play Altintop instead of Tymo.

Thanks man, same to your team for UEFA. Will be rooting for you guys to win the whole thing.
We need an attacking line-up. We can start out slow and then when there's 40 minutes left, we will try to hard to win potentially ending in a frustrating 0-0 tie or catastrophic 0-1 loss due to a counter.
We need Robben to play world class in this game, no messing around. We will need him to make a lot of difference, especially now that Muller is missing the match.
I honestly see no use for Tymo this match, we need people to attack them and pressure them in similar way we did to Juventus but actually score.

Altintop is just horribly out of shape. Braafheid is rated doubtful so we might see him at rightback.
At the moment it seems Robben is unlikely to start.

Hopefully he can play 45 minutes and not get injured.

I would want us to try a lineup like
-------------Butt--------------
Lahm----Demi---Badstuber---Brafheid
-----------Tymo------
Schweini---VBomell----Robben
------Klose/Gomez-----Toni
If Schweini plays on the left with Brafheid behind him then thats going to be a disaster.
As both of them are very uncreative. I am hoping Lahm(Right) and Robben(Left) would provide the sparks on both sides.

vGaal won't think about playing robben left.

I would prefer Robben in the lineup over Ailtontop... I just assumed Robben wasn't 100% yet.
What is Ailtontop's excuse Hendrik? Is he recovering? I must have forgotten about his injury if so...

Jeez, 2 out for red cards and our current host of injuries we are going to be sending out a real weak line up. I'll be real impressed with LvG and the players if they win this.

I guess there will be a horrible first half and a shining second half.

If Braafheid and Robben can play i'm hoping for this:
---------------Butt-------------------
-Lahm----Micho---Badstuber----Braaf--
---------------Tymo------------------
----Robben-----Bommel------Pranjic----
------------Klose------Toni------------
If they are unavailable:
--------------Butt---------------------
--Altintop---Micho---Badstuber---Lahm-
-----------------Tymo----------------
-------------Bommel---Schwein-------
-------Klose-------------------Pranjic-
-------------------Toni--------------
The 2nd sucks a little but we have no one else :(...

Robben isn't 100%.
He isn't supposed to start, but he'll probably play in the second half.

This game will be televised in the US on tape delay at 1:00AM on November 4 on Fox Soccer Channel. So get those DVR's fired up.
I was not impressed with Bordeaux when we first played them. However, for some reason Bayern decided to play one of their worst games in years thus setting themselves up with a challenging lineup in this game. Still, they should at least be able to get a 1-0 win out of this so long as they don't decide again that the only way to beat Bordeaux is to play like 6th division hacks.
A final 30-35 minutes run out from Robben should assure us a goal.
