What is getting " rep" or giving "rep"
how do you get it or give it
I asked someone before but I still don't under stran
Can anyone help me on this?

It's giving a positive or negative rating to a member depending if you approve the post or not. Check the little balance icon above the profile of the member that you want to rate.
