How important is the Pokal to the club? Will we field a full-strength team?

I think we'll see a similar team to what we saw today, probably Demichelis and Badstuber at the back. I could really care less about the DFB Pokal but I'm guessing management wants to win it to have some sort of realistic shot at silverware this season.

My team:

-------Gomez---Klose------
Sosa-----------------Muller
-------Ottl---Altintop-------
Pranjic---------------------?
------Demi---Badstuber---
-----------Rensing----------

Rest Toni and the rest of the team basically. Badstuber and Demichellis can learn from each other for this match. I could care less so most players can rest and Demichellis, Pranjic, Sosa, Altintop, Ottl and Gomez can use this match to prove their worth for the team.

Watch us smash them with this team! :D

Personally, I've seen enough of Klose to last me awhile...he ain't cutting it right now...

Why not give Toni another start to continue working back into form, and give Gomez the start, too? Would be interesting to see them paired up together up top, and they both could use the match minutes to get back on form...

I was thinking the same as well, but Toni came off a very long injury and I doubt he has the legs to play 4 games in 2 weeks. There is Bundesliga Saturday and then Bordeaux next week Tuesday. At least imo.

That line-up looks good EQ. I'd like to see Breno in there somewhere if we can. Perhaps for Badstuder then put Altintop at RB and Tymo with Ottl in middle. With Robben back I dont see Tymo getting a start at the weekend.

In all seriousness, I think this would be a great idea.

Breno = RB, he can play and Lahm can rest. Problem solved.

Bloody Hell... so THAT's when it changes! I was afraid I missed it since it was so flippin dark out by 6pm. I figured I was alright when I wasn't late to work. :)

Heck, yea. Never thought I'd see the day a frigging Pokal match was on ESPN in the states.

Well, it's sorta on in the States. Most folks don't have access to E360...

That's true. I don't even get 360, but I do get ESPN deportes which is also showing the match. Hoowah!
