heyhey.. I was just wondering how all the Portuguese fans are feeling about the final on Sunday. There's no doubt on my mind that Portugal is going to win and wants that so bad. I feel as though they now know how to play against Greece and will give us all a great face paced goal scoring and passing kind of game. It will be very interesting to see these two teams face again, 'cept this time in the final when Portugal takes the win and the championship.. VIVA PORTUGAL VIVA - EU ACREDITO. Tell me what you think!

Cautiously optimistic. Greece has certainly proved that they can beat us, but a lot has changed since that opening game. Portugal has improved in every game since that defeat, while Greece has faltered (they barely made the group stage, advancing only on the third tiebreaker over Spain). Both teams have recorded impressive victories. If anything, Portugal may have an advantage because Greece has already thrown their best at us, while we have yet to play at our best against Greece. I expect Greece to play much more defensively than in the first game. Portugal will have some advantage as home-field contenders. It's going to be close, but I think we can pull it out.

I agree. I think we will probably win, if we have humility and play like we played since the second game.

I am confident that we won't approach this game like we approached the first game of Group A against the greeks. I think we were overconfident and not concentrated enough with the task that was ahead. Example: Paulo Ferreira is by far a better RD than Miguel. Better passing, faster, good pace, timed attacking runs, better 1 against 1. However, P Ferreira played poorly against Greece, making wild passes many times and not being able to control his opposition. I think that after winning the CL and being able to sign for Chelsea, he got a bit careless. And Miguel, well he's never won anything so he wants this more than anything else. I think it's that humbleness that will make the difference in the end.

Cautiously confident, and let me tell you it's a feeling i'm (Saints fan) not used to. As rehashed above, they're a different team from the first game and the style should be able to breach the Greek defence I think, also some payback involved. Close though.
