Anyone out there have any recommendations for jumper's knee which is basically just patellar tendinitis in the lower front part of kneecap? I think I have a lite case and am currently biking and jogging to stay in shape for a tourney in 7 days.

Those work really well I have had the same problem, insted of ordering from eurosport you can get them at Champs in the Annapolis Mall(where I got mine).

You can use a large Rubber band, just be careful to not make it to tight.

might want to shave the hair off of the area you plan on taping for easier removal
