Just wondering...
If you livei in the metro DC area and normally attend DCU games, will you buy tickets for the July 31 MLS all-star game?

fortunately, i don't have to buy the tickets since i've apparently purchased them already along w/my season tix, but i'd probably spring for the tickets anyway.
it may not be real madrid, but it should be fun, with lots of goals and it'll be good to see the old-timers again.

OK, OK, I said no, but it's cause I won't be here. :(
But I should be in Brazil so... not complaining, just won't be able to see it at all.

Yeah, it'll be a good day to hang out with my BB bro's and sisters and just enjoy some soccer without having to worry about getting a glorious victory or gut-wrenching defeat.

I will go, but maybe just for the testemonial before. That means a whole lot more than some farce of an exhibition soccer game that could be used to squeeze real games in and spread the season out a little.

Too true. It's nice to go to a game every so often when you don't have to care what the result is.

Yep. It's in the season ticket package, so why not.

A matter of priorities. Do I spend my money traveling to WCQ and to all the DCU games that fit in my schedule? And does this game fit in my budget - which it doesn't - so No I won't be attending, but I'll watch on TV.

My family would go, but we will be out of town.

I want to go, I have tickets, but I can't.
I plan my year once the DC United schedule is released, and there was nothing that weekend. So I will be out of town. I hope one day they can plan the year in advance so this will stop happening.
It is my understanding that the tickets to this game cannot be exchanged for future DC United regular season (or any other) games. Does anyone have information to the contrary?

I'll be there as part of my season ticket plan.

Yup, I'll be at RFK for sure in the parking lot. If the tailgate is interesting, I may not make it inside except to catch a peek at El Diablo. Hope for rain.

No reason to not go - I've already got a ticket as part of my season tickets. It should be a nice day out.
And I'm hoping for another monsoon as well.

If I recall I received an email from DCU (I get so many of the damn things) saying this match is special event B?
