You can tell the list is off when Real Madrid is #1. They havent even done anything to merit that. I doubt Toluca could beat any of the other teams on the list. Toluca is only on there if you consider how consistent they are.

Maybe not in the world, but Toluca is certainly the best team in the Americas.
