According to this, Beasley should have gotten a yellow card after his first goal against Grenada in Columbus, which may have resulted in his being left off the roster for the second leg, which means someone else would have had to pick up that third goal at the Monsoon game, which means it could have been a draw... all because he put his shirt behind his neck...

He probably read the part that said it doesn't go into effect until July 1, 2004.
