WOXY.com has somehow lined up new investors who will fund the relaunching of their webcasting.

Since WOXY went off the air, I've spent most of my online time listening to the fine broadcasts of KEXP/Seattle, and WOUR/Athens, OH.
I listen to WOUR-AM, an NPR station from Ohio U, to hear one of this forum's frequent posters deliver station events & PSA's in an elequent yet somehow sardonic delivery, while using a "radio voice" that easily lets you imagine he's cupping a hand over his ear "Gary Owens style". Good fun, most mornings from 10-12 EST.

Unfortunately for WOXY, I've become a KEXP addict. I like their style a bit more than WOXY's, and appreciate their higher mix of older tracks into their playlist than WOXY's. Also, KEXP's kind of adopted NYC as it's second home (or vice versa) and now actually sponsor shows & events out here due to their burgeoning NY metro listenership.
