AO has released ordering info for bars/restaurants: http://www.theamericanoutlaws.com/Docs/US-Hond-BarFlyerA%5B1%5D.pdf
JLove - do we know which DC area bars are going to be showing the match yet?

Nope, not yet. We will have a better idea later in the week and as soon as we know, we will make an announcement via as many means as we can.
It would help the cause if we knew how many would turn out for a 10 pm kick off (if we can tell a bar X amt of people will come it might help grease the skids to get them to buy the game).
So who's in regardless (or does it have to be within a mile of your home, they must have this brand of beer and/or a waitress with big knockers?) I know how people must have certain conditions met before they'll commit.

The $20 cover to watch the game at a bar would be a lot more appealing if, say, it included a free pint, or discount on food/drink of some sort. I'm in for a bar gamewatch either way (US Soccer fandom - the first step is admitting your addiction), but just sayin'. ;)
OK can the whining just stop already?
And yes, this is like wrestlemania or a boxing match on PPV (that's exactly what it is). It's going to cost a bar like $3,000 to purchase this game (and often with the purchase is a required per person fee; you know like watching a game on Setanta at a bar).
So what it comes down to, are people going to put up or shut up? With the game at 10 pm on a Sat an area bar wants some sort of headcount before plunking down $3,000 to hold space for people to view (when they could just have their regular Sat night crowd).

Yeah, I would call places before going. There is a lot of suspicion that these places have shown games before but haven't necessarily signed on for this one (like Babylon FC doesn't have this game advertised on their website, La Cabana restaurant in DC isn't at that address, looks like it moved). Just confirm so you don't waste a trip.

Got an email from AO DC this morning...
Molly Malone's is confirmed. $20 cover.
See you all there.
Posted on Goff in the Post today: Tuesday Kickaround
*At last check, threefour "English" sites in the DC-Maryland-Virginia region have agreed to offer the USA-Honduras match on closed circuit for a cover charge: Molly Malone's near Capitol Hill, Fado Irish Pub in downtown D.C., Summers in Arlington and Slainte Irish Pub in Baltimore. Contact these fine establishments directly for details.

I will be with a good number of American Outlaws from the D.C Chapter at Molly Malone's with our new banner and signing up new AO members on the spot.
As always, I'll be the guy with the J Love jersey on. Come and say hey!
I just read a post on Facebook from one of the Babylon owners that they will have the game on Sat too. http://www.babylonfc.com/sportsbar/
