Dish foreign language (non-spanish) soccer

I was curious if someone could tell me what soccer (if any) channels like RAI international, RTPi, and TV5 which are broadcast on Dish Network will be showing during the 2004-5 season. League? WC Qualifiers? etc.

Also if you have any insight on international cycling coverage I'd be interested in that too!
