Some of the folks with dishnetwork have already talked with dish, but dish simply don't offer any replays. I did talked to them, but seems like they are not going to do anything about it. Well, I paid $179 for this?
How about guys with dish, do we have any alternatives to watch all the matches instead of switching forth and back to watch two matches simultaneously.
Can we do something to make dish carry replays like what directv did. Any suggestions? Thanks.

As soon as those **********ers got their money up front ($179), they could care less about replays. You notice they show replays of all their other soccer PPVs because you don't pay all that $$$ up front in a package.

Thanks for your reply, mate. It seems like no one would want to talk about this. I filed a complaint to dish thru email in the afternoon but seems like the situation is not going to change anyway. It really pissed me off to pay so much and did not get what I deserved.
The funny thing was dish asked me to get another receive in order to solve the problem. What the hell was that? Better ask me to go to Canada to watch it for free.

I am so pissed at Dish Network over this issue. I called them and got no satisfactory response. I talked to someone at Setanta and they said Dish can offer replays because even DirecTV is doing so. I flat out told the person at DISH that I am cancelling all my subscriptions as soon as the Euro 2004 is over if they don't offer replays for the games played at the same time. The problem is you can't get a customer service rep who cares and you can never get high enough up the chain of command for your threat to matter. I can only suggest that all DISH subscribers who ordered the $179 package complain and threaten to drop your subscriptions. I would've done it a long time ago but I'm only holding on to it for RAI International.

Easy, man. I sent couple of emails and never got any response. I don't know if they are talking about the issues or simply ignoring it. Though I may still hang on dish cause directv does not feature goltv channel, which I can catch Spanish and Italian soccer matches weekly. Nevertheless, Anyone who order the package from dish should voice your concerns. We got to give them some pressure that we are not satified what dish offers to us.

Here is the email response I got from DISH:
"Thank you for your email. We understand your concerns and frustrations regarding the Euro 2004 matches and prices. Please understand that this was an arrangement made between DISH Network and the provider of the matches. This was the only set up in which DISH Network would be allowed to broadcast the matches.
Your business is greatly appreciated and we thank you for allowing us to be of assistance to you. If you have any questions or concerns please refer to www.dishnetwork.com or reply to this email."
Sincerely,
DISH Network eCare

I just talked to someone at Dish Network customer service and she told me that Dish will offer replays of the games being played simultaneously. However, she didn't know when the replay would start.

Really, that should be a big story, man. I couldn't believe it. Is that true? Why didn't they have a new schedule or something like that. Also, I checked the schedule on the tv screen, still I could not see any replays featured right after the match. Could you tell me some more new info? Thanks.
