Hello,
I wish to ask for past ordering experiences with ProDirectSoccer.com. I made an order recently and have had numerous problems with it. Would like to hear what previous customers' experiences with them are. (Speed, customer service, etc) Thanks!

I have ordered from prodirect soccer twice. both times they were very good. sent the shoes very quickly and they have some very good deals, the shipping and handling is kinda costly though.

Nasty having to buy from here in America. May I ask is equipment over there cheaper or more expensive in general? When I visited the US all sports gear seemed to be cheaper on the whole, but for some reason football boots were extremely expensive. I fail to see the reason for this, is it because there is less market over there and they need to put up the prices?

When i have had to order boots with them i haven't had any problems. Boots have been here within 2-3 working days. And they even rushed an order through for me once so i was guarenteed next day delivery.

I know that some people have had trouble with blue mist vapors from Pro direct with them not being in stock on the release date. But that might have been down to Nike rather than them.

I'd recommend them, they are a good company.

This company is absolutely c..p. Last year I was trying to place an order, but when I pointed out that all the merchandise should be deducted the VAT (sales tax in the UK, 17.5 % I believe) the manager turned into an absolut a..
This was the point I was trying to make:
A soccer replica jersey was on sale at GBP19.99 (marked down from GBP39.99), which I argued I should only be charged GBP 16.49 for since the items were shipped outside the UK (and the EU) to me here in the US. By EU law these items are VAT-exempt. However, the manager argued that the since the items were already on sale the prices were already adjusted for VAT. When I pointed out that if I went into one of their "physical" stores in the UK and bought the same jersey I would still pay GBP19.99 (which would include VAT). He had no comeback for this - except he stopped responding to my e-mails and never took any more calls . Now, someone might say why make all this trouble for 3.5 GBP? Well, let's just say I was trying to place a subtantial order in the GBP250-300 range, so it would have come out to approx. GBP45 (or almost $80).
Based on my experience with these guys I would not recommend them.

This is my second year ordering from them and ive found the service very good. Both times ive paid for two to three working days delivery and have received my boots within this time. Ive mainly had good service as i stay in the uk and it seems to be people without this area who are experiencing problems. I personally would not order from other countries as the shipping is expensive and there is numerous problems that could occur, but on the whole i would give them the thumbs up.

I just started dealing with them one year ago. I cannot remember how many orders I made?

I have not seen any on-line boots store better than prodirectsoccer. They have a wide range of selections. The most important for me is that I only pay ₤10.55/pair for shipment and almost ₤5/apparel. The shipment only takes two weeks in delivery. No other store offer same price and service.

Ive ordered from www.soccerplus.net and they're really good. May not have the enormous variety of pro direct, but they got the good stuff and they're in Pasadena, CA, which is a little cheaper then ordering stuff in GBP.

Pro Direct are really good & offer the best range - i had 2 nightmares - i ordered the pulses when they were new out - fully personalised with flag etc, then realised I could get them for 89 from JJB - instead of 119 + personalisation charge from Pro direct - emailed them to cancel the order - bought the pulses from JJB - but they sent them anyway & I couldnt return them because they were personalised!
Also recently ordered Mizuno Rovaldo waves for my brother - 1st size was too small - as limited sizes were left i paid for the correct size to be sent first class - & for them to refund me when they recieved the others back - instead they sent me the new size again! Very annoying!

Other than that they have been very good & are very knowledgable
