Th first Bayern game i will watch this season :)

Judging from LvG's comment, is it safe to assume that I will get to see both Mueller and Robben in action? I sure hope so, i dont want this to be a potential banana skin.

I would like:

---------------Gomez--------------
---Olic-------------------Robben--
---------------Muller---------------
------Schwein----------------------
-------------------Ottl--------------
Braaf-----------------------Altintop
---------Breno---Buyten-----------
--------------Butt-------------------

Rest Badstuber, Ribery (fitness), Tymoschuk.

Bring Klose and Ribery 2nd half, maybe one of Sosa/Baumjohann as well.

Maybe rest Muller and start one of the two youngsters as well?? I'd like some rotation for this match.. Perhaps rest Schweini and start Tymo instead? So many choices.

There is no need to play the regulars. Cl and BL are far more important than this. LvG should use this game to try the less utilized players so they get some game action as well. Playing the regulars aint fair to the subs and the starting eleven as well. Seasons are long and if you don't micromanage your resources in the beggining chances are come the end of the season you will fail because the starters will be drained and the subs wont have anough game experience to handle the end of the season pressure. That is barring any injuries.

True. Would be nice to see some things tried... .like EQ's RB choice would be a good call.

BTW... great sig!!! Scholl IS the greatest! And freakishly, while the teams aren't entirely the same, the color schemes of the other teams you support are identical to mine. ;)

Breno and Altintop are expected to replace Badstuber and Müller. Ribery will probably play and Toni should reutn to the squad.

Good for Breno. Ailtontop could use the time as well. Ribery simply needs the match fitness.

I hope Toni will get a chance!

Amen, brother! I would love to see him on the pitch again!

I don't see LvG using Altintop as RB unless there is absolutely no other option.

That said, any squad fielded should be able to beat Oberhausen.

------------------------Rensing/Butt--------------------

Lahm---------Breno-----Van Buyten-------Braafheid

--------------------Tymo-----------------------------

-------Altintop---------------Schweinsteiger---------

-------Robben------Gomez/Toni-------Olic------------

LvG may even revert back to the 4-4-2 to give the other strikers a chance.

I'd rather start Klose than Toni. Klose-Olic up top with ROBBERY in the wings and Ottl-Tymo in the middle, put Toni last 30-35 minutes for Klose since he's not entirely fit either.

Robben, Schweinsteiger, Pranjic not even on the bench

With Baumjohann and Sosa up there too it looks more like a 4 1 5 than 4 3 3 lol and than Olic as a CF?

Awesome! Winning this while many players like Robben and the Schwein being rested. I love it. :)

I like the idea of sticking with the 4-3-3 for today's game. The more games they play under this system the more comfortable they will get.

I agree completely and have to believe that LvG sees it the same way...

LMAO!!!!

I forgot Sosa was even still on the squad!!!! :D

I agree with the 4-3-3... keep training it. It is easy to bail out, but takes some guts to stick with it and work through those hairy moments defensively. I know from this season with my middle schoolers... we are using it presently as it fits my talent... I needed a way to get the multitude of forwards I have some playing time... you know... in the Middle School Champions League we play in. ;)

Your middle school Champions League has GOT to be better than the CONCACAF Champions League...what a joke!

What is the link for the Bayern radio feed? And do you need to be signed up for FCB.tv to use it?
