I'm a defender who likes to go forward and attack a lot. i usually play center-back. my coach wants to use me on the wing because he thinks i would play good there. I have a good cross and a lot of good one on one skills. i have no objections because attacking is a lot more interesting to me than defending someone. my endurance is decent, but I have been playing in the back for a while so i'm not quite midfield/winger fit. how can improve my overall speed and quickness? i need that burst of speed, because right now, i have to say it's not good enough. any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated. I start preseason at the end of July so i have to get working! thanks.
