when watching the honduras game i got to thinking about how it be nice to stick it to the opposing fans with a little chant in their own language
(note: to the mods, i saw the thread below on new chants but wanted to avoid it cause of the little nastiness political mumblings brewing and i wanted to give my idea a little space to breathe)
okay back to idea, i found myself singing this ditty as i walked about my last thursday
vamos, vamos; va va vamos
vamos, vamos; Estados Unidos
Estados, Estados; Estados Unidos
vamos, vamos, va va vamos...
who knows, throw a drum beat in, get a little hop in the stands, hey maybe you get some three year old hispanic kid at the game with ma and or pa and he starts chiming in...
also, loved hearing the oles, got me thinking how awesome it'd be to string together ten or so oles then score a goal and the crowd goes bloody nuts
