I am about to explode with excitement. I am refreshing the shit out of FCB.TV and a stream waiting for them to start broadcasting(No GolTV). I can't wait to see Robben again. I haven't been this anxious for a game since during the Winter break last season, hopefully this turns out a lot better.

here we go. While the defense should have covered better, ultimately that ball was close enough for Butt to come out and catch/punch the ball.

Had Rensing been in goal I am sure some folks here would have criticized him for not coming off his line to punch when the defenders were obviously sleeping

As much as i was ready to love braafheid during the preseason, he needs some time in the reserves to pick up match work. Totally missing Pranjic today. I hope we see Lahm go to the left, Altintop drop back, and Mueller come on to play RM after halftime

I'm not saying Rensing would have done better. Both of our GK's are shite and are not good enough to start for FC Bayern. With these two we have to pick our poison. For me it comes down to do we want to start a GK that is bad but doesn't make excuses and keeps his mouth shut or do we want to start a GK that is just as poor as Butt, if not worse, that makes excuses and thinks way too highly of himself.
