I select Ferrer, CHE defender for the 6th pick of Round 14.

per PM from Mark, kopiteinkc selects the following:

Round 14 pick 7: Bogarde 3.0 CHE defender

Round 15 Pick 2:Moss 3.0 SOU keeper.

I'm posting both of his now because Ingromius already has 2 keepers.

Now to figure out Jonathan's picks.

I think I'll leave him some cap room to go into the free agent pool and tweak this team that I drafted half of.

He might also use the extra cap in trading with other managers.

For Jonathan's last two picks, (uninstructed since Round 8), Ingromius selects the following:

Round 14, Pick 8 - Dabizas NUF 6.0 defender
Round 15, Pick 1 - Aliadiere ARS 4.0 striker whose value will probably rise and who is making a good claim for more and more minutes.

This leaves Jonathan a couple of mil to adjust his team.

For my last pick, # 3 in Round 15:

Hal selects Paul Scholes from MAN. He'd better get over this ankle knock.

Anyone have Clanblue's last pick?

I don't.

Hal
07 Sep 2002, 09:57 PM
As ClanBlue is the last to pick a midfielder, he can pick whenever.

I'll go ahead and post Jay's defender pick so Brian can make his last defender pick.

Then, Michael, Outback Maverick, can make his last pick whenever he wants.

For Jay's final pick, he'll also claim a player whose part time performance is making a case for more minutes, Toure of Arsenal.

Hal,

I believe Jay already has 5 defenders, if I set this all out right:

Defenders
Harte Leeds 9.0
Bernard Newcastle 4.5
Gardner Tottenham 4.5
Cooper Middlesbrough 4.0
Neill Blackburn 4.5

Dang, I think you're right.

When I traded Silvestre for Lua Lua, I must have erased Harte from Jay's roster. Now he's in the hole. bummer

It looks like he's got 4M for a midfielder..... use your power of attorney ;)

Round 15
Pick #5
I select Butler of Sunderland.

Hal
07 Sep 2002, 10:14 PM
Ok, I still had the erroneous pick of Kewell on Jay's team.

Therefore, dropping Kewell, and reinsterting Harte, Jay has 4.0 left for a midfielder.

Again, I'm not going to wait on Clanblue who has 6.0 to spend on his last mid.

I'll pick a mid for Jay in a minute.

For Jay's 15 th Round Pick, he selects Butler of SUN.

In order to pick Butler, I had to repick Jay's 13th round goalkeeper pick.

Jay now selects Jaaskelainen of BOL as his second keeper.

This means that Kiely of CHA is back in the pool.
