Cox!!!

I heard that indemand pay per view was offering euro 2004 as a package for 179 dollars.

I have called Cox (I live in New Orleans) and their bloody "script crazy" :mad: operators keep telling me that I can only order it as individual games! That would cost me over 600 dollars if I watched all matches.

Has anyone had the same problem with Cox (New Orleans)?? Has anyone actually managed to order the package with them? and if so how?

Any info is much appreciated.

Had the same problem in Madison WI with Charter Cable.

Had no problem ordering the package through Cox in Fairfax, VA.

My problem is that I have a DVR through Cox. I was planning on recording all the games with the DVR and watching them at night when I got home from work. However, I just learned (through the owner's manual and a Cox rep) that you can't tape a PPV event with the DVR, in advance of the event starting. With a PPV event, you actually have to wait until it starts playing and then record it like you would a live program.

So I had to cancel the package. :(
