I bought my son a pair of Testimonials about two months ago and they are quite nice. They are made in Japan and the workmanship is immaculate. To be quite honest the best I've ever seen. Not even one stray fray of thread. He is quite pleased with them. Wears them more than any of his other boots.

He isn't here at the moment so I will have to get back to you on the sockliner, I think they do though. As for width they seemed fairly wide. Seems as if most Japanese made boots are. They also seemed to run big for there size, very similar sizing to Diadora's. Order a half size smaller than you normally wear.
