Outdoor Turf Shoes (TF)

I was thinking of getting some new turf shoes seeming as my total 90s are totally knackered now. I would like to know which ones you would recommend, cheers. :)

I play on alot of hard natural surfaces here AND that new artificial indoor turf (not sure if its made its way to the UK yet, but the NFL will be using it)...

These give me the best touch on the ball and the best shot (as they have a more shallow sole than any other turf shoe I've come across)...

I don't possess a pair of turf boots but I think their heavy compared to an original FG, SG etc. boot. Are they, because I was wondering on buying some but I thought about traction and weight?

I guess to say the least, everybody's foot is different.

Yes, they are usually both heavier and clunkier. I always hated wearing a turf shoe because it never gave me the delicate touch a regular FG or SG boot could... not to mention the weight. Owning Vapors for a reason shows you I enjoy an ultralight feel down there.

But those Kelmes in my above post are by far the best. Lighter than most, and soft, however, like EVERY turf shoe out there they still have the inevitable thick sole.

Kelme makes them. They are shaped and constructed just like regular FG boots but the molded cleats are much much shorter (like more than half of what a normal molded boot is like). I've never tried them, but they seem interesting.

Them kelmes are quite nice, the TF ones. I think it would be sweet though if they did a white/red version. Im liking the white/blue version though :)
