Don't like his math but I do like his brash attitude. Obviously, people are going to question him. But he has taken the perfect moment to move to Chelsea. Hard to argue with the fact that he won everything he could possibly win this year.

I hope he wins the EPL 3x running, the CL twice, the FA Cup during our treble year and then moves on and wins the WC with Portugal in 2010. Or, more likely, infuriates the Portugese FA and is never given the opportunity. Retires and starts writing a column for "Quatrao Quatrao Duao" where he can take swipes at CR ad infinitum.

With a bottom table team in portugal he brought them up to fourth and then joined Porto and in his first year on the UEFA Cup and then won the Champions league. Man, Acronym, I almost always agree with you in our ManUtd forum, but geez man lets get things straight, the portuguese league isn't "crap", teams from portugal have 4 Champions Leagues under their belts, Mourinho is a great tactician, I'm a Benfica fan and I hated him because he was great as a tactician, because his team always played with such a will to win, and such a love of their club, he built a team that won the CL, call it however you want it. They could have just given up towards the end of that game to us but Mourinho's team ethic kept them playing and in the end they scored and thats that.

Yes the second leg ***could*** have gone another way but we still would have had to score another goal in overtime to win that game, and FC Porto played a better game in the first leg, yes they dive, but that is up to the REFs to sanction, if ManUtd had played what they should have IMHO we might have been in the final, but you can't say that Porto was any less of a team than ManUtd in those 2 games, and I hated to see us out of the CL because of a last minute goal, but our inability to create more chances other than that badly disallowed scholes goal was what put the nails in our CL coffin not Mourinho.
Good luck to Chelski next season you finally have some balls on the bench... we'll be waving back at you and Arse from first place...
