It makes you wonder what he’s got to hide!

Its all ********e anyway, we have no interest in him and id be surprised if these "serious offers" are little more than a passing interest, he isnt MON's type of player and he is well past it to be demanding the money he wants anyway, IMO its all a big load of club generated paper talk to either keep the press off some real signings or more likely to appease the fans looking for a big name without signing anyone of note as we have done for the last 4 seasons, if as it is just that then this board really have lost touch with the support.
But the scottish meedja will just lap it up and print any kind of crap they want anyway, story for yous, on another celtic board i frequent, an actual scottish one, one of the fans last summer made up this story about us after a slovakian boy brought to our notice by lubo moravcik, the player was real, but the bhoy in question has alerted us privately before hand that the story was pish. He put it up on the message board, in the form of an article or news story, and it started to roll, just casual interest in what the player was like and such.........two days later said players mug is splashed all over the back page of the daily star with a two page spread about our interest in him inside, with quotes from the player, our club, supposedly confirming our interest, and his club saying how he is one of the brightest young stars in europe.
Dont trust what papers say, especially in silly season.

Rivaldo 'has signed to play in Qatar'
http://www.football365.com/news/story_112319.shtml
Honer[Qatar FA technical director] added: "I never had any doubt in the negotiations that the move was all about money - it is what motivates the player.
Say hello to the de Boer's for me. :D

It's funny, when Rivaldo was ment to be going to Celtic, he seemed to be such a "great player", and now that he seen the training facilities (if thats what you want to call them) and yous can't afford (not saying that we can), he is now suddenly "past it" or "not that good anyway".

IF Rivaldo is as good as he thinks he is, than there is no way in God's Green Earth that the European Powerhouse Clubs would have allowed him to even LEAVE the continent without an offer??? No matter the cost!

Just face it Rivaldo, you really screwed the pooch when you left AC Milan. Whether you are still a great player or not, your agent and you did a serious no no....LOL. Too bad actually, I never really got to see you play.
