I'm still working out how the new video features work. Does this mean that we will be able to watch the game on line? Assuming of course that's on TV domestically.

The carling cup is a mess in terms of Television. Chances this game may be a black out for all of us.

Historically, I have always thought losing early in the Carling Cup was actually a good thing. It allowed us to focus on our primary objective... not getting relegated.

But with the depth that we have at the squad currently, we need to win this game just to give some of our fringers some proper playing time.

I would like to see that Barca 4-5-1 again.

The game is live on Sky in the UK, that is the reason it is being played on Thursday. At the very least this should ensure that streams are available from the usual link sites.

As to the game, given our past history of shooting ourselves in the foot against lower league teams, I have worries we could slip up. hopefully they will prove to be unfounded, and we can put on a professional perfomance winning by a couple of goals in normal time.

For those of us who have ESPN 360, it will be on there, just got the email today.. By the way if you don't have it through your internet provider, I highly recommend asking them to get it. There is so much soccer(and many other sports on there)

However, the nightmares of losing to Doncaster, Oldham, and Nottingham Forrest keep coming back to haunt me.

I'm glad Wigan got knocked out last night, up till that result no Premier league team had suffered an upset. Although concerned about tonights game, my gut feeling is we will get through one way or another.
