Bristol City will take on Brighton in the Division 2 final tomorrow, and the weekend is capped off by the Division 3 final between Huddersfield and Mansfield.

Huddersfield defeats Mansfield 4-1 in a penalty shootout to win the Division 3 final. The match ended 0-0 in regular and extra time.
