My aims in terms of soccer skills for the next summer are as follows:
1. work on heading ability
2. work on instep kicks with both feet mostly one timers
3. improve control on long kicks
In terms of conditioning:
1. Do 10 150 yard shuttle runs consecutively (with 30 second rest) in under 30 seconds. (currently i can do 7)
2. Improve upper body strength
3. Increase verticle jump
Anyone have drills, tips, plans, advice or websites I can look at to help me out with planning my summer training?
