Nike Thierry Henry Advert

anyone see this new advert at nikefootball.com or nikesoccer.com? its pretty cool. Henry does some nice moves as he moves through the house and breaks everything. i was wondering what move was that when he kicked it past that guy and then you hear figo say 'ole!'

i think that is one of the worst nike ads i've seen. i don't think there are many nice moves and the idea makes even less sense than in football ads normally.

Meh, the ad is alright. Henry does pull out a couple of moves, the only bad thing is that is only a minute long.

I like when the ManU players chase after him. GOOD JOB! tha was way better than the road to lisbon crap by adidas. (not as good as the other ole one though) and i like adidas more than nike!

I like when Henry steps on top of the ball and then rotates like 90 degrees, you need some balance for that

This ad is really really funny too, in my opinion.. I like the part where Henry opens the door and the whole ManU squad is there and they go: "Boo"

Maybe nike figured out that having c.ronaldo in their ad would make them look bad. Plus, during the filiming of the ad, C.ronaldo would fall down every 5 sec.

I think the whole ad is about Henry imagining everything that was seen in the ad, and that in truth he was just playing with his dog. that's why when the neighbour looks out the window when they were on the driveway you only see henry and his dog. Same goes for the final scene when he was tackled.

Regarding Adverts between Nike and Adidas i think one can't really compare them as they are of different nature. Nike is always more visually impacting where as adidas adverts delivers more the mood or good feeling instead of anything visually spectacular.
