I personally think accept the next bid from Man City and sign 2 quality players for the 20Mil.

Lescott is a good player but somehow, i do believe his value can only go down at this point.

i wouldnt mind watching him rot with the reserve squad in a world cup year until he figures out city is shit.

For me, Moyes will make the right decision. I feel that when he first rejected the bid, he wouldn't see a deterioaration in the players' attitude. But he has, which is obviously bad for us, but more so shows that the player might not neccesarily be a player we want at Everton.

If he comes back into the team for Burnley at the weekend, then it shows that relations aren't irreparable just yet, and that Lescott is repentant for acting like such a little bitch and putting pressure on the rest of his team... the guys that are supposed to be his mates.

If he's out of the side, may as well say bye bye for £18 or £20 million.

It would mean Moyes would want to see five new faces in ten days.

Fair?

The problem with this is that there isnt much time to sign players. We have been rumored to be linked to dozens of players and nothing has come to fruitation.

god damn that stupid "spread the rep around" bs. :(

He has had no respect for anyone in this whole saga, not moyes, not lescott really, not the fans, not the team etc. it's just dispicable.

Moyes resigned to losing defender (http://msn.foxsports.com/soccer/story/9972174/Moyes-waves-white-flag-on-transfer)

The whole situation has become a farce and we need to get some replacements in quick,

I hoe Lescott has the decency to admit he is going for the money, after all City made it well known how much he will earn there.

I just fear for all our other best players now City have shown they can buy pretty much whoever they want.

Lescott has cut all ties with Everton. He will get booed whenever he plays against us for the rest of his career. And I'm glad. The greedy f*ck.

Well, Yak is back for the reserves, so maybe we'll have that one covered soon.
