Griffin completes Pompey switch

I know nothing about this guy as I watched Newcastle maybe twice this past year. Anybody have any info? Sounds like he's been absolutely wracked by injuries.

griffin has potential, if he can keep fit hes got the potential to be a good essential player in the sqaud.
He scored for newcastle against Juventus in the champions league last year, bout all i remember of him!
