West Ham have accepted a bid from Stoke for James, the ginger Pele, Collins.
Good player, but we are long on centre backs. Looks likely that Davonport will go to Forest too. We have Gabbinon, Upson, Tompkins and the great young Spence, so it won´t harm us.

Does this mean we forever have to think of Norway as 'winkle'?
Urgh!
(Shudders)
May I suggest 'wrinkle'?

May I suggest Tony, you cheeky pair of buggers.
I must say that I like Ginge and think he does a good job, but maybe we haven't heard the last of it.
According to the press, this will not affect our 6.5 million bid that's in for Marouane Chamakh, currently with Bordeaux. Now this guy is good and he's young. Wenger had a 5m bid turned down and he rarely bids for rubbish. The player would be worth a lot more, but he only has a year to go on his contract. A steal, if we get him. (Cue young, unwrinkled, Stomper to put a pessimistic view on the proposed deal, where he will mention Faubert and Savio)
As I get older, I find that my political views move more to the right and that I really despise two things. Youth and talent.

48 year old Stomper thinks Chamakh looks mustard
But doubts we're going to get him
But is reassured by the confidence that we're going to score a lot more goals from midfield this year
But probably not enough to get us a cup or get us into Europe
Tho' surely enough to avoid the risk of relegation:)
Unless we go into administration:(
Cant make my mind up really

ginge is staying but isn't spence on loan? 6.5 mil plus 25% of the next sale is a lot of money. where is it coming from? exported glacier water?
i think he'd be great next to cole with jimenez pulling the strings. it would give the starting xi a vastly different look.
faubert may still turn out good...but must we mention savio?

Not over yet. Stoke are saying that they would like to talk to Ginger again, as they are not too far away from an agreement. Hmmm:confused:

It seems that Villa have matched, or beaten, Stoke's bid.
The plot thickens. Where are Harry and Mark Hughes?
