"Curtin Ring" defense catch phrase/marketing plan

I'm trying to think of a catch phrase for the curtin/ring defensive combo.. something like the razalph..

curtains block light/water, rings hold up curtains.. so is the relationship between curtin and ring like that of a shower curtain and the rings that hold it up?

to go a step further, you could have the "greyish-brown curtin ring" defense catch phrase, which really isn't a catch phrase at all.

you could have a banner/tshirt of a goal with a shower curtain/rings going across the goal

let the bashing begin, or expand on the idea...

The Curtin stops things but the Ring doesn't do anything but hold up the Curtin. I don't think this works too well. What you need is a guy named Steel or Iron or something so you could have the Brown Iron Curtin!

I don't know about the Curtin-Ring combo. No ideas for that here.

But I do think we should get a defensive midfielder named Jacques Button. That way, we can have Pause Button play midfield.... like a VCR!!! :(

Or maybe someone named Quest McFarlane... so we can have Mapp Quest!

Or basically, anyone who has a cool name like "Brickbreaker" should also make the team.

Yeah thats what I was thinking, curtin would have to be the goalie for it to work and ring the central defender.. but almost!

After negotiations between the agents of Ditka and DaMarcus the game will be played on an american football sized field, with a MLS soccer ball at soldier field prior to the renovations. Ditka will be permitted to wear american football equipment (helmet,pads, cleats) and beasley will have soccer gear.

Actually, I heard someone in line at the game on sunday say "DaMarcus" with a heavy chicago accent, and I immediately thought of the old superfan skits on SNL. 'If the chicago bears bus were to enter the indy 500 against rick mears, who would win?' 'is ditka driving the bus?'
