I will be in Cleveland for a conference the weekend of the Honduras match. I'm not banking on the hotel having ESPN Classic (which I assume it will be since it's college football season) so I'm looking for a good bar/pub to watch the match.

Downtown, I think the Doubletree. But I'll have a car.

Check the Winking Lizard on Prospect. They have several TVs aren't busy on the weekends. I'd check to see if the Browns are in town that weekend since downtown is a little more full if its a gameday Sunday.
If that doesn't work, Parnells in Cleveland Heights would have it. You may check to see their hours. It's about 15 minutes from downtown. The bar is soccer friendly.
