Only at equipment sales, or jersey auctions.

They usually have one with the Meet the Team day events for season ticket holders, prices vary depending on which jerseys are available: new, old, numbered with current player, numbered with alumni, etc. Expect anywhere between $50 and $100.

I got mine (a blank one along with a few player jerseys) last year at the equip sale (they happen around the beginning of Dec). I paid $80 for the players and I believe it was $60 or $70 for the blank one.

I've looked at the meet the team day in the past, but never seen them (but maybe I was getting there too late).
