Besides, if it is intelligent conversation you seek, this (http://www.bigsoccer.com/forum/showthread.php?t=1132392) is all you need. ;)

Of course, I consider the NSR thread the preparation for my Masters.

You know reading over the last few pages, if any one stumbled in here without any context they would likely thing we are a bunch of extremely computer-literate, Canadian-military-hating, metro-sexual puppy-porn lovers, with a penchant for all things Star Trek or Monty Python, who hang out with Hollywood "D" Listers to get fee coke and bjs while randomly talking about soccer and scorning some diety named "Zinaldo" while trying to educate the young that the changed promised by this administration will have about as much effect on our financial prosperity as Bayern's training system does with Rensing and weebles.

Nekki:

Been reading the reviews on the new Gladiator BR release. Whew! There are some not-to-happy people with this film. I makes me wonder if Paramount aims to recall them or make some effort in producing a proper release. A release of this magnitude has the potential of damaging one's reputation.

Since you like Gladiator you might also like HBO's Rome. I've only seen the first season so far and I know it was canceled due to the scope of the production but it is a terrific show!

It avoids what many other history related tv shows and movies fail to do, it doesn't try to be historically accurate but instead goes for authenticity, and it comes out really great! I think you would love it.
