He'll definately be leaving Leeds this summer. We turned down an intial offer of 6 million pounds from Galatasaray. It'll be interesting to see where he ends up.

He's Comin' to the Crew...you can count on it.

I like the idea of a loan instead of just getting rid of him. Bring him back if we were somehow promoted next year.

I agree... hopefully the market will be a little more lively next year and Leeds can sell on their own terms. With Robinson (though that fee seamed low to me) Smith & Mills' that's a solid fee base to fight the debt. On top of that they'll dump all the salary of Wilcox and Barnby... and about 20 other guys.

obviously no one really knows the magnitude of the debt but I just hope they don't keep selling on the cheap...

It doesn't sound like we're going to get anything for Mills.

That's a lovely idea. However, how many teams that are ready to meet Viduka's wage demands would be interested in loaning him versus buying him outright?

I hope so too, cos celtic are in line for as much as a 20% cut of the fee for the fat lazy one by way of a sell on fee.

Isn't Leeds a publicly traded company? If they are surely then we all know what their debt is.

Every week I hear a different number... I know they put a huge loan on the pitch when they missed out on the Champions League.. and more against future sales... but I've heard a ton of different numbers 100M Pounds, 60M pounds... All I know is the number keeps getting worse.

Other clubs know that Leeds are in trouble, they can smell the desperation. Dont expect to get full value for Viduka.

10 bucks says we get a Deportivo and a Roma rumor on Viduka as well...

For some reason I think Parma might not join the rumor mill :)

Why? Do you think actually having someone running the club as a business in of itself & trying to balance it's books so it could be spun off from Parmalat could affect wht kinds of money they have for transfers and wages? ;)

Do you think that Viduka would go to 'Boro?

Have Valencia shown any interest in him? If I were them, I would count on Mista duplicating this years feats next year.
