Liverpool confirmed they have reached a deal for Aquilani. Hopefully his injury record doesn't change and they end up playing Lucas there all season.

I'm glad Celtic are through. I like Tony Mowbray and I have a lot of respect for what he tried to do with West Brom. It's unfortunate it didn't work out. It's managers like him that the Premiership needs more of. Small clubs actually looking to play football.
