I think Leo is heavily influenced by Hoffenheim's success in the Bundesliga last term with the 4-3-3 and wanting Dzeko to fill Ibisevic's role.

Milan has been criticized in recent years for relying heavily on players older than 30, including Paolo Maldini, Clarence Seedorf and David Beckham.
Berlusconi told the ANSA news agency on Tuesday that the team “will look for players who are under 23.”
Fits. :D

The new faces of the team are:
the bla bla bla but at least he cost us nothing, left back Eichner
http://i26.tinypic.com/29emav8.jpg
the Bundesliga's best CB of last season, the second most expensive transfer of the history of the club, the oldest of the team, J*e Simunic
http://i29.tinypic.com/2nas0ee.jpg
the typical Hoffenheim transfer profile award goes to:, young, unproven, fast, skilled, brazilian, best elected player of the Campeonato Carioca de 2009 (http://pt.wikipedia.org/wiki/Campeonato_Carioca_de_Futebol_de_2009) Ex- Botafogo player, nicknamed Maicoshow, Maicosuel

There is also Bruno Zuculini, 17 years old, arriving in October after WC with Sub 17 of Argentina. Same position like his brother, DM. And like every brother, Zucu has said that Bruno is the better one of those two.

2-0 victory, but a bad game from the boys.
Vedo Ibisevic very unlucky, our RB Ibertsberger the slighly better version than Lell (sometimes he is amazing). Obasis goal was very nice and we made it to the next round.
Good that we face a strong side with Bayern next week, against Cottbus or Cologne we would loose because of the own arrogance.

Our Hoffensive looks good, but our defensiv midfield looks rather bla bla.

BILD,
Hoffenheim's plan against Bayern: high speed football, colorful lights, arithmetical problem.

Beautiful goal, good pressing, dominating for most time. Still too much 'Hacke, Spitze, 1,2,3', the boys need to improve the final pass.
Of course, we scored 2 - that Ref was a disgrace, his linesman or whatever it is called in English not worth one penny.

The supporter who sat behind Uli Hoeneß last weekend and had a argument with him, is Bernd Beetz, C.E.O of the biggest parfum company in the world, who travels to Germany from New York for every home game of Hoffenheim. :D Hoeneß met him in a German television show, and he first looked a bit surprised. :p
