Figured we could all use 1 thread since we're going have quite a few players leaving... So anyways to start it off..


Smith - 'boro have tabled an 8 mill bid, Birmingham have tabled a 7.5 mill bid, Manchester United and Newcastle are both interested and waiting in the wings... In Spain Valencia are interested although no offer of yet, in Italy Juventus are said to be interested but again no offer as of yet...

Viduka - 'boro is said to be interested, Galatasaray and Leeds have had discussions but nothing has happened quite yet...

David Batty - Contract wasn't renewed....

Didier Domi - Loan over returned to original team

Shaun Allaway - Contract wasn't renewed...

Michael Bridges - Contract wasn't renewed...

Zoumana Camara - Loan over returned to original team...

Salomon Olembe - Loan over returned to original team....

Jermaine Pennant - Loan over returned to original team...

Jason Wilcox - Contract wasn't renewed...

They have a good chance because their youth system is excellent. Just need to dump the mediocre high earners like Seth Johnson if they can, and try and hope that Smith and Viduka fetch good fees.

I wouldn't agree with that.... Besides Smith and Viduka their was only 1 starter out of the 8 left... And that was Pennant... If anything even if Leeds had stayed up those 8 would still be gone... And knowing Leeds those 8 were probably making a pretty penny and will really help the wage bill by being gone...

For the sake of Leeds, I hope that holds true. We're likely to find out because with the drop + the already tenuios financial situation, they'll be turning to youth because they won't have the money for anything else.

Dubes could be going to Wolves next year. :confused:
Matteo could end up with Southampton, Fulham, or Newcastle.
