I like the idea, but I'd sooner want that we went with the one from the 1930s, way cooler!

Seems to me the least of the Leafs issues are the with the logos and jerseys.

I prefer the third too but I don't mind it existing only as the third.
Truth be told, while the 60's logo is great, just as Montreal are playing through the various era's, I'd like to see the Leafs do the same with more than just the current third.
They have dug out the St. Pat's repro's on a couple of occasions too but how about the very first Toronto Maple Leaf's logo, when Conn Smythe changed the name of the team too close to the start of the season. The league didn't want to mess around with changing colours so for that one season - 1927-1928 - the Leafs were green!

Forget the logo. The team should be forced to wear authentic gear from the 1940's similar to that Pro Line commercial.
